All area employers, healthcare organizations and government entities encouraged to participate		  
8-20-07.  Pre-launch testing of the Greater Louisville e-Health Survey 2007 began today.  A press conference announcing the official launch of the survey is scheduled for Wed, 8-22-07 at 10:00 AM at Greater Louisville Medical Society in Louisville.
