Business Model Committee Charge

Charge:

The committee will:

  1. Be comprised of individual LouHIE board members, evenly balanced across the four quadrants, who review business model options, and recommend final business model(s) to the board. 
  2. Help develop and recommend policies, procedures and strategies. 
  3. Educate other committees, and the broader community, about committee findings and activities.


 Time Commitment and Responsibilities:  

  • Attend committee meetings on a monthly, quarterly or as needed basis.
  • Be available for questions from by phone and/or e-mail.
