The following documents will be sent to authorized parties upon request: 

  • Draft Complete Research Report ~100 pages
  • Draft Complete Business Plan ~ 180 pages including appendices
  • Draft Financial Model Spreadsheet ~ 30 pages
  • Draft Outsource RFP Template ~ 40 pages

To request access, please send an e-mail of request to   Please include in your e-mail whether you are A.) A person or organization located in the greater Louisville area community, B. ) an organization/individual located outside the greater Louisville area community, or 3.) a vendor of health information technology related products/services interested in exploring a business contract or services partnership with LouHIE.  People/organizations who are not part of the Louisville community may be asked to make a financial contribution to LouHIE, to help cover LouHIE's costs for the research and planning process.
